Images and Events accepts payments by Visa and MasterCard, check, or money order. Orders usually begin production upon verification that payment has been received. Any Cancellation will only be accepted if the order has not begun production. Customers are responsible for all costs incurred up to the time of cancellation.
As our company grows, it will be from the referrals of our satisfied customers, and our responsiveness if a customer is not completely satisfied. Please let us know immediately if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, or if an item is defective or damaged.
Images and Events will take the utmost care in packaging and shipping your items safely. Any items received damaged will be replaced as soon as possible. Refund requests will only be accepted 7 days after receiving your photos or personalized items.
Images and Events cannot produce items that would infringe on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any third party.
Images and Events has the final discretion to reject any order that it considers inappropriate for an Images and Events production.
Images and Events will not participate in creating any material that is unlawful, vulgar, obscene, profane, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, or invasive of another person's privacy. Images and Events will not participate in creating racially or ethnically hateful items that are requested.
